Has anyone ever got a trojan/virus/keylogger from a file they have downloaded from a Bit Torrent p2p network?

Ive got a bit of a flashy layout here that needs some tweakage....people could have a look or take some bits from it..i like the add to favourties button....and the menus work okay though they need...
