You could just use IE for those "apps" that won't run anywhere else (I create shortcuts to launch those sites like programs) and use firefox for the 98% remainder of the internet.

Just a thought:
I would advise using ftp ONLY for anonymous access, as the passwords are transmitted in clear text.

Perhaps $mailheader is being used by the hosting company as a global php variable which would override a local one, if I'm not mistaken....perhaps try it with a rephrased variable name

Uhh, actually cache and regisrty contents are in "Documents and Settings" not in Windows folder, So I agree with the others in that you need to do some heavy duty cleaning of the HDD.
