Spec, you've got a point there...lots of programs like Comodo and Avast! will inject those hooks, it probably wont be a big deal though

You will not have to worry about that. As I just said, it is the same kernel--so the device drivers will work still. That wont be a problem this time around--I think MS learned their lesson :D
