I am toying with the idea of making a network mapper/visualizer app as my final year project..
could you please shed some light on what all work needs to be done in order to get and going...

The prevention to this problem is to goto CONTROL PANEL > FOLDER OPTIONS > FILE TYPES
now one-by-one select the following and click ADVANCED choose EDIT and click DEFAULT:-
.VBS, .BAT, ..JS, .KEY,...

They get bored using canned tools and move on and eventually become a real hacker. I personally feel that ppl in their teens try things and actually learn a lot from it...so every hacker was a script...
