I only encrypt sensitive or special documents. I'm usually lazy about doing it though.

CCleaner is a good program and it might erase the login info. (im not sure never really looked for that) http://www.ccleaner.com/

Like Striek and Deeboe said, DBAN and Eraser are great programs for what you want to do. I recommend them both. Eraser for individual files and DBAN for a HDD.

If you do a direct connect in AIM and then do a netstat, it will give you the IP of the person you are directly connected to.

What should our ACL for our DMZ look like? Examples would be nice :D The only thing in our DMZ is a mail server and web server. We have a PIX 515. Thanks!
