Get "WinLinux" and install it.
installs in windows and boots like booting to dos.
No repartitioning, etc.
Try it, you'll like it.

There is a way you can check Linux out without diving in head first. - It is called "WinLinux" and will install/run right from your windows partition. (removes easily, too)
