How about posting the IP, subnet mask, and default gateway for the PC and both sides of each router? It looks like there would be problems getting traffic from a 192.168.1.2xx IP to a 192.168.1.1xx...

Take a look at http://www.dnsstuff.com/info/revdns.htm.

If you direct your query to a dyndns.org DNS server, it should give you the dyndns.org host name for your IP because it knows the answer...

It's a lot easier to do that by just telneting to port 25 on the SMTP server and doing something like this:

HELO fakedomain.com [domain to pretend to be sending from]
MAIL...

FWIW, that USER32 entry is identical to one in my system log after automatic updates were installed. But immediately before that there are several events from Windows Update Agent and NtServicePack...
