Then you most likely deleted it, maybe the search just recognizes some settings or registry entries and "thinks" it's still there.
You did all scans, Updated AV, Spybit etc, u should be clean.

Shouldn't you be using javascript ? Make a webpage, like for example, if a user didnt fill out all the info the javascript recognizes that and when he clicks submit or whtever he get an error page....
