It doesn't seem like the mid-west is that bad. I'm at CA and very close to silicon valley. Our school is so backward on technology it's not even funny! Here are some examples:

i'm new too, however i think the ccna certification might get you a networking job that pays not bad. though in my opinion, ccna is just a stepping stone toward a ccnp, or a ccie.

I took the CCNA test twice. (and failed!!)
IOS commands are not all that important on the test. The most important thing is ?. I am serious, there was one question that asked something...
