I misspoke, you can only change the local admin name in a group policy. You can't change the local admin password. You could however, utilize the AT scheduler and change it that way with a "net user"...

We use a Barracuda appliance at work. It was cheap to buy, and it has a ton of features on it. The only thing that is semi-annoying is that you have to train the Bayesian filters.
