I must be stupid or something. I've tried several tutorials and they don't seem to be working. I type them in legit and compile and run them. All that happens is my dos prompt screen flashes...

I know XP has it's own firewall. I'm just looking for the best freeware has to offer. Something better than XP's firewall.
