i also use cdex, and i advise it to anyone wanting to rip mp3s. not only can u rip cds cdex can also covert to map3 to wav etc... it is easy to use and loads of options. AND BEST OF ALL ITS FREE ;-)

there are some trojans specifically designed to disable AV and/or firewalls in preperation for sub7 ,netbus etc.. in order to avoid detection.

may i suggest you also get a trojan scanner, hopefully it should spare you the hassle of farting bout reformatting or manually removing the trojan.

yes i have also previously had this trojan, fortunatley my virus scanner picked up on this.
I didnt get this trojan from kazaa though beacuse i dont use kazaa so it must be getting used on other...

is ur ip address static or dynamic?
if they have ur ip addy simply change it, there are ways to do it through windows xp, i dont know how to so it on other os'
