I use it often. to recover missing files. Very easy to use and makes work easier.
I magine if u had to re-install your windoz every time u get a missing .vxd file error message

i dnt knw if thats the reality or am thinking like that, but ppl are ready to neg the others for anything however big or small, but to give out greenies is next to impossible.

1- Just go to ur win.ini file and change the association of MP3 files to winamp

Its definetly not the processor.
I think this has nothing to do with hardware, and its more of a s/w problem
Just re-install ur OS and hopefuly u will be ok.

I think it depends how much knowledge u have about linux, If beginner go for the ones like redhat and mandrake.

I have a problem here.
Well decided to install linux (Caldera openlinux 2.4) on one of the machines in the office (Compaq presario 2255), and it installed successfully.
