I installed Network Monitor and it still can't find the .dll. I can't find it either. The guy from that post also mentioned that Network Monitor didn't include npptools.dll

I am having trouble with nmap on Vista too. I have tried both Nmap 4.20 and 4.22SOC6. The following error message shows up:

Unicode is an abstract mapping of integers to symbols. It is not a character encoding. You need a character encoding.

Umm... LM hashes take almost no time to crack these days using rainbow tables. If you give it to www.plain-text.info, it will probably take a few minutes; at worst a few hours.

In Ophcrack, there is a button labeled "Save As", that should save the hashes in a text file.

You used the newer version of the LoginRecovery program. They tried hard to make it difficult for you to get the hash. I recommend using an earlier version, or using something else like the Ophcrack...
