my sound card on my desktop sings with my hdd, cdrom, psu.. pretty much everything seems to come through on my pc..

I got it working!!
I am not sure what went wrong first time around.. I guess the vxworkskiller flash didnt take the first time through.
Second time I followed the directions just as I did...
so i Just ran a hard reset on the unit... and suprisingly the factory firmware was still there!
from my understanding it should be gone with the use of vxkiller... which leads me to believe it...
shortened the name to dd-wrt.bin, still the same error
also tired ddwrt.bin, still no go
I have been trying to get answers on dd-wrt's forum, dd-wrt is the 3rd party firmware I am loading on my wrt54g v8 router... and it seems no one there knows about my issue, let alone...

A similar thing will happen whenever I reboot with my gen4 iPod.
it will hang until i unplug it.. as soon as its disconnected it boots normally.
I figured it was a problem with boot devices but...

At geeksquad, we have a data recovery service... We have our own service center just for these types of things..
USB drives, flash sticks and cards, cds dvds hdds floppys zip, etc etc etc

If a fan is making noise just replace it. They are not that expensive.. and it is worth it by not taking...
I use iGoogle, the cool looking google homepage with rss feeds and whatnot.
And whenever I click on a link from the AO RSS feed, it will bring me to the site but tell me I do not have permission...
