In this context I agree with you (KorpDeath)... American ppl are emotional envolved in this issue more than EU ppl.
I do not know if I would stick to my ethical point of view if I was personally hit...

The Christians did crusades but I consider the Crusades as a big mistake... the 'christian' crusades were not at all Christian... in no way they reflect the today's interpretations of religion.

This is one of the worst solutions:
1) He will be a hero for others
2) His death will inspire others to hate America
3) Death penalty is inhuman; it will make the judges to be the same criminals...
