Yeah, the weird/funny thing is the processor didn't fry until after I put the fan on... anyway, it looks like I'll be needing a new processor, so I might as well get a new motherboard too, but I'm...

I have the Swiftech MCX462-V: http://www.neoseeker.com/Articles/Hardware/Reviews/swiftech_mcx462v/1.html
It's supposed to be great, oh also, a few minutes ago when I tried turning it on once again...

The heatsink has no fan, an interesting kind of heatsink that is supposed to be wonderful, but I don't think it's working so well with my setup, maybe that's the issue... I'll try a different PSU...

Well, then the fact that they spin doesn't seem to reveal anything at all about the CPU.
I have a few case fans, those are the ones spinning, I no longer have a CPU fan, but I plugged my old one...

Wouldn't that be a reason to be worried about a damaged CPU? My fans start to spin, and then quit...
As for the spacers, yes, I'm not that dumb, I even took the motherboard out of the case and set...

So, in an effort to make my system almost silent I bought a new case that could fit my brand new, and huge silent heat sink. I moved all my hardware into the new case, and now it suddenly doesn't...

I would suggest considering not using a wireless router, and just using ethernet cables and a normal router.
Wireless is kinda shitty, but if she's set on wireless than just get an 802.11g router...

I didn't say he was lying in his point of view... He said that a teacher was fired for saying the word, "god" in school. Now clearly that is not true at all, which is why I called him a lying sack of...

Yeah, not only are they biased sources, but according to CNN (the only source I read) the teacher did more than say, "god" you lying sack of excrement.
What did the teacher expect would happen if...

I don't know why you seem to think separation of church and state doesn't include religious topics in schools. In any case, please link me to some information on the teacher who was fired for...

So the people who think separation of church and state needs to be upheld should be shot in your eyes? It's their own opinion man, what would killing them accomplish? You're pretty sick.
It's...

Psilocybin (the chemical found in hallucinogenic mushrooms) would fall under the "Tryptamines" category.

What is the most intense drug you have taken? Also, give the frequency of use and times you've used it if you want. I basically want to see how many people on here use drugs.
Tryptamines would...

I'm not surprised this news article featured a specific event in Oregon. There are tons of meth addicts here, and every month you'll see a few meth lab busts on the local news. It's sad really, why...

Why use just MSN 6, AIM, or IRC when you can use all of them and Yahoo and ICQ in one chat program? Check out Trillian, I've been using it for quite some time and I must say it's excellent.

Argh, I wish I would have read that beforehand, I guess I need to work on my patience. So now I have two versions of Windows XP installed on my system and I can choose which one to but up in at start...

Maestr0: Question, how exactly do I repair the system files? Do you mean reinstall to replace the system files, if so when I install Windows XP from boot up will it retain my settings and files and...

Yeah I would be happy to see so many alerts, it's a good sign of your firewall doing exactly what it was meant to do. As SoggyBottom said there should be an option to disable the pop ups if they do...

So I downloaded Norton to help protect my computer. I thought I would go all out after getting a firewall. It said it found 3 trojans which were parts of my programs. It found one which is a known...

Thanks a bunch, those links were quite excellent.

I don't like the idea of that. It's pretty annoying that soon people who have no idea how to program in C++ or other languages will be able to make their own programs. Sort of like all those 11 year...

Yeah it is pretty sad, why would you ever give out that type of information, even if they say they are from paypal. That happened to my friend, luckily he did not reply to the message. I guess he has...
