Nope... Something else is wrong... The SMTP server does not believe that your computer is allowed to send mail out. Call the owner of the server to fix the problem.

Can you run packet captures inside and outside you firewall?
Compare what you see inside and outside and see if there is a diff... You don't need to know what you are looking at, just that there...
