Without knowing what version of MetaFrame you are using, what version of Windows it is running on, and if you are connecting to published apps or a virtual desktop it is a little hard to tell you...

That looks like a nice tool. I had one from MS that would check your system for hot fixes that needed to be applied. I used it alot at work... As soon as I get a job I'll probobly utilize this one...
