I have them on a pretty tight lock down, but the internet is still accessible via tools->show related links->search new. I cannot take the internet away, b/c they need a hand full of sites.

are you running windows xp home edition?

what kind of laptop is it?
do you have all the latest video drivers from the manufactuer?
mine did that at first, but i got all the lastest drivers from dell and
