I'd follow cacosapo's advice.. but that's easier said than done. Otherwise, I don't know about all the stuff you mentioned CyberGlyph (concerning your friend) but the MPAA/RIAA and/or the U.S Court System wouldn't let it happen twice.. atleast they wouldn't let him use the same excuse twice.

Then again, who knows with the court system.. I've seen Jacko get aquitted for his charges.
