pcmcia
Hi. I'm not sure about wireless lan, but my network card required me to edit some of the configuration files in the pcmcia services directory.
/etc/pcmcia/network.opts
I notice there is also a
/etc/pcmcia/wireless.opts
You may need to edit one or more of the above before your services will work.
Hope this helps.

While we're on the subject, has anyone here any experience with wireless wans? We're working on setting up a 11mps wan around belfast (see http://belfast.irishwan.org for more details) and i would appreciate any input from anyone who has any experience in this field.
