The U.S. government intentionally creating a trojan so that they can spy on criminals, and the antivirus community allowing them to do so without protest. What happens when a cracker comes across the trojan, reverse engineers it, and creates something that mimics the governments trojan but works for their benefit? Since there is no antivirus software that could stop it, it would be a truly unstoppable force.
