    Now I get it. It was on 386 so that thing had an old AT PS
    yep, on these things you can force the cable to wrong fit.
    Dumb cause the color indication makes it easy.

    The story continues

    Bad news. Just phoned with the friend with blown ATX PS

    At the shop they replaced the PS -> monitor showed up with "no signal" message.
    other hooked up monitor -> all squares, lines and symbols accros the screen.
    The shop tech said to my friend to come back tomorrow.

    I think the MB or the processor is blown too.
