m$ and better software

Recently Information Week published an article attacking the power quality of software deliveried to business poffesionals (ie Oracle 9i E Business sweet w/5000 patches, Windows XP wide open to outsiders). In this article mr gates sees the light and redirects m$ employees to find the bugs prior to QA and shipping.

I will believe it when I see it but I am interested in your comments.
