Netware to windows migration

I know there is little chance of this, but I'm trying to find a utility that will migrate folder level security from a netware server to a windows NT or 2000 server.

My problem is that I've got three netware servers, which are the main file servers for my company, with hundreds if not thousands of folders each with different security settings. Well, they want me to get rid of netware servers entirely, and I don't know how to migrate the file level security any other way than one tedious folder at a time.
