    this post is kinda late.. but i just wanted to comment that linus torvalds is way cooler than i imagined, and i didnt think that possible.

    Hi,
    as long as we're talking about origins, why is "root" called root in Linux? I know what it means, I'm
    just wondering why that terminology is used instead of "administrator" or something else.
