accpeting dialup connections on my box

Anyone know of any software/hardware/howto to accept dialup connections on my FreeBSD and windows box for running an isp sort of? I have dsl, pppoe, behind a router and a i386 firewall. Anything to get me pointed in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
    TIA

in order to accept dial up connections, you would first need at lease one modem and an analog phone line. There is no way to do this with dsl. Two completely different technologies.

I think he means DSL for outgoing and a modem for incomming...
