    yes strug.. what every u are using to connect to the net u must have a firewall...
    adn there are many firewalls avaliable for free... so there is no need for u to buy...

    intruder..

    On my windows desktops I use sygate personal firewall

    www.sygate.com

    However except that software firewall I also use a separate linux based firewall box to protect my LAN

    i am currently using sygate but it is only a trial
    is there a way to get it permanently for free
    otherwise i think i will use norton

    my box is protected by zone alarm and black ice defender
    combined you should have any problems
    and u can get em for free
    or trial but u can always renew it
