    Question TraceRt data meaning...

When you run a tracert from dos, what do the three columns of time data mean in each hop? For instance: Hop-1 265ms 250ms 285ms bubbasisp.net (then the other hops listed as 2,3, 4, etc)... Do you add up all the ms times on each hop to get the time it took for the signal to make it from your desktop over to bubbas, or .......?
