Yep! Javascript-games is the ultimate site for those who want to push their browser to the max. They provided programming libraries last time I checked.

They have quite a lot of tutorials on how to make good games, get some graphics modes to work, etc... They also have some news on what is happening among some game companies, and some user posts on misc. game related stuff...
