I got the Ip to the source and emailed them a message to stop or they where going to be reported. They replied with we have a contract with the sites you visit to post our ad. So I put there IP in my block address in my Internet explorer. But not working so need some help
Here is the specs you will need
IE6.0 128-bit set at med/high security
OS win 2k
Firewall ZA security set at High
So if there is a way I can stop this popup could you help please. Link for help will help too.

As I suggested in another forum, the best pop-up solution is Opera!!
It's got an option to stop all pop-ups and if you happen to need something to pop-up (like AntiPoints or Hotmail address book) you can turn it on with one-click. It's a very good feature integrated into the browser. If your not using Opera, I suggest you at least download it and give it a go - it's a great browser, very fast!!
