M$ Troubleshooting
If you're like me, you probably share my dislike of M$'s user support information. I have yet to run a search and get results that were even remotely relevant to what I wanted. So I found this site.
http://www.agoodjohn.freeserve.co.uk/helpdesk.htm
It deals mostly with 95/98 issues, but does have some NT. It covers the dreaded Blue Screen of Death errors, illegal page errors, windows protection errors, internet, modem and power management issues, programs, setup/installation errors, startup/shutdown, and a host of other things. The links then link directyl back to M$'s site, eliminating the need to wade through pages of irrelevant results.
Have fun.
