the problem is that i am doing something wrong....

i solved the internet configuration problem though...i'm using redhat right now actually...wheeee!!

ps: RiOtEr...i'm in school, and i'm usually broke hehe...so i would have to choose between buying more RAM or eating for a couple of weeks rough shape.
