    Problem with SuSe & Adaptec SCSI AHA-7880

    I can't run installed version of Linux SuSe 7.1. It cant boot, just rebooting after first page;((
    Dell PowerEdge 2200/300
    2 CPU PII 300 MHz
    512 Mb ECC RAM
    integrated Adaptec AIC-7880 Ultra/Wide SCSI controller
    HDD:
    2-SCSI 4 Gb WDIGTL Model: WDE4360-1807A3

    any suggestions?

    Did you get any error messages? How have you set up your partitions and your boot loader? How far into the boot does it go before falling over?
