    How do i upload an Avatar of my own ? all the others seem lame that i can choose from so i want to use one of my own please, someone help!

    Go to google.com and type in avatars. Some websites have them. I found mine for free.
    But you can't upload a custom avatar until you have 45 posts. You'll have to wait a while.

    NO its called replying to what people put! and i just found my pic is too big for an avatar so how do i cut a .GIF in size? anyone got any ideas?

    umm, here is an idea... load the graphic into a picture editor program (m$ paint, acdsee, photoshop, etc) and cut it.
