What is the most powerful programming language used by hackers?
C/C++? Assembly? Java? VB? ............etc....

Well that depends on what you wanted to do but you really should have some knowledge of them all.
you need C, cpp would be usefull to make custom apps, it more powerful than c. a knowledge of VB comes in handy for getting around in asp. perl is a must. even if your using someone elses work, you need some knowledge of c and perl just to run the scripts.
ya need to be a jack of all code, master of a couple
there are alot of threads on this subjet at ao. if you do a forum search you'll find a §H¡T load of good info.

Well if I had to pick only one I would go with C/C++. But different languages are good for different things so it helps to learn more than one. If your new to programming start with VB great starter language.
Its not software piracy. I’m just making multiple off site backups.

ummm, he didn't saw what language do you recomend, he said what is the most powerful. In that case, it is assembly, hands down. Unless of course you know machine language, but thats a real bitch to learn.
The old punch cards were pretty powerful also, and gave some wicked paper cuts if you were not careful.
