    tutorial on linux programming

    can any body tell me where can i find a good tutorial or a free ebook on programing of linux including the linux internals & the GUI's like KDE and GNOME

    I have mandrake Linux standard edition 8.1 it comes with lots of documentation about programming KDE and GNOME. I'm sure you could find the same documentation online somewhere. www.linux.org might be a good start.
    Its not software piracy. I’m just making multiple off site backups.

    PM me if you have problems compiling, the tutorial say nothing about how that is done.

    Linux knowledge cannot be complete without the beauty of BASH scripting.
    The attachment is the Active Bash Scripting Guide, which is really nice.

    !!!Important; as the forum doesn't accept tar.gz extentions, I added a "zip" at the end of the file's extention. Remove the "zip" at the end, before extracting the file.
