Not having M$ office is biggest thing holding back Linux form becoming mainstream.
Its not software piracy. I’m just making multiple off site backups.

There's allot more to it than just that. You are way over-simplifying the situation.

[gloworange]My question is, why would I want to screw up an otherwise nice install of Linux by putting M$ products on it?[/gloworange]

Well KorpDeath, if some1 want to install Linux and have M$ Office too(because he/she has that for years), then Cross OverOffice is the solution.
