    It is on the FAQ, But as RiOtEr said its a lot easier for the newbies to just click a link that go to a long FAQ and look around.. If they ask another question, THEN send them to the FAQ (LOL, it sounds like a punishment, 'Off to the FAQ with you!')

    What if we dish em out all the info in one shot, so they don't have to look at different users or look thru the FAQ to quickly find out how many posts are required to get to the different levels.

    This is what I mean - see attached picture.
