Are there perhaps any known major security problems with Windows XP Professional ?

Cause a heard some **** about there being a huge big hole in Windows XP.

Well, for starters, as with many floors, unless they've been patched with the proper tiles, they are slippery when wet...

It's the same as any OS. Keep the patches (and there's alot of 'em) up to date and you should be fine....

    Also...the word is "flaws".............

The really big one was the UPnP problem. Just go to the http://windowsupdate.com and get the patches and you'll be fine.

Gibson Research thinks there's a big security problem with Win XP including "raw sockets". For more info check out this site: http://grc.com/dos/intro.htm
