But I have an advise for you, x718xpimp, try to improve your internet knowlage and operating system which you are using first.
For example if you are not familiar enough with windowz then it might be harder for you to learn visual basic or visual C++.

delphi? I dont think that borland deplhi is free... At least its legal copy. But with this I'm not sure maybe someone else could help here
