JP, you have another problem here. In attempting to discover the cause of this I changed several of my user settings. It seems that your server is not recognizing per session cookies after we log in to antionline. Which means that we have to log in after every page we view. After I enabled cookies stored on my pc, the problem dissappeared. Does this have to do with the recent database changes that were made?

Hi, i had the same problem has you. I've changed the site options on my profile to "automaticly login / uses cookies" to yes, and it's all ok now.

    Hope I could help

You should be discussing this in the 'Oops, a bug' forum, not here. JP will probably not see it. Or you could ask the always benevolent Ennis to move it. I'm sure he'd be more than happy to do it for you.

This isn't new. I encountered this a few months ago.

Wasn't sure what was going on, then i realized i had changed the cookie settings in my browser. So i changed it back, and it worked fine again.

    Greetings All:

I had several links on the main page that weren't passing along sessions correctly. I have corrected all of those (and all of the other ones that I could find).

Keep in mind, the session based preferences aren't 100% (as we clearly state in the the site options page), and we always recommend using the cookies option unless you're in an environment that prohibits it (mainly our .gov and .mil users).

Howerver, I'll do my best to make sure that they work as best as possible as the site continues to grow. If in the future, you notice a particular link that seems to "log you out", please post it so I can see if it can be fixed.

    thanks guys.
