If you mean tcp/udp client/server, you might want to check out the Winsock control... (post SP3 or SP4, not sure: there were nasty bugs before).

Like he said before.... use the Winsock Controle..... works very well, very easy........ go to planet-source-code.com and search Winsock and get a tutorial
