    Drug induced Ramblings

I think everything can be broken down into a sphear. On a molecular level, when we look at the structure of just about anything, we see sphears. Sphearicle atom, electrons, and molocules. When we look all around us, we have to make a 360' degree turn. 360' degrees being a full circle. When I look at the horizon I can planley see a sphear, almost looks like a dome. Shouldnt this have made obviouse that the world was round?
Maybe not.. But, look at our planets, all sphearicle. And in what shape is their orbits. All sphearicle. What is this obsession with spears in our existence? Spears and circles have somthing in comman with our galaxy. The fact that they are infinant. You can run in a circle for-ever. Maybe there is a secret to time itself stored in a sphear. Maybe there is a secret energy that can be captured with in these sphears. Maybe they are simply sphears. Whatever the case...

please help me elaborate on my LSD induced theory that is over 2 years old. I came up with it after seeing The Matrix, riding in the back of a truck. I think it lacks sobriety, and structure.

How did you watch the matrix from the back of a truck?

Anyhoo, a lot of things aren't spherical or circular, in fact, there are many crystals that are square, or galaxies that are irregular shaped, or asteroids with erratic orbits.

I watched the Matrix then rode home in the back of a truck after seeing it.

'After' is going to be the key word here.

    Hmmm,
I've never really thought about that. Why would planets be spherical (I know God made them that way) but why? I guess the Earth would look funny if it were shaped like a square. I remember hearing that Christopher Columbus thought the world was round (and not flat as many thought) by looking at ships coming into port over the horizon (don't know if that's true or not).

Planets and other objects in space end up spherical because gravity pulls them into that shape. Orbits are actually not that round at all: they are all ellipses, with pluto being the farthest from a perfect circle. Although they are still circular.

On the subatomic and molecular scale, the answer is that many things aren't spherical. Most diagrams have them as perfect little spheres, whereas they aren't necessarily of any defined shape.
