Boot your computer in safe mode and then have norton delete them. Once they are loaded into memory, it is possible that they recreate themselves after norton deletes them.

You could be in real trouble. I did a Google search on mssg.exe and have found it to be associated with CIH as well....I would go here and run a scan http://housecall.antivirus.com/ If you detect CIH STOP SCNNING and come back here and we'll help

HeySpr173:
What OS and what version of NAV are you using?
BTW, I ran a Google search just like Ratman2. You mentioned "the link about the search". Which link are you asking about?

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search This is the link for the search. This is the link to the website where I found out about mssg.exe: http://www.vnwr.com/main/archive/20000/27500.html

HeySpr173:
Were I you, I would go to Ratman2's link:

On that MB, pornqueen had a mssg.exe problem. You might want to email her to find out exactly how she rid her computer of CIH.
BTW, sometimes those porn applications are infected with JS.Exception.Exploit.
