Business Success
It's not how much you sell
It's what you sell.
And it's not so much what you sell
as it it is what you don't sell
You heard it here first.
I came in to the world with nothing. I still have most of it.

Hmm,
RC, would you care to elaborate on that a bit more?
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I mean it as a rebuke to "motivational" types
who believe in generating high sales "numbers"
without respect to what product they sell,
whether it's good or bad.
You undermine your business by selling a bad
product, or by "over promise, and under-deliver"
Selling too much of the wrong stuff will sink you
no matter how motivated you are,
and no matter how much "self esteem" you have.
I came in to the world with nothing. I still have most of it.

Ok, I see what you mean. Marketing is important, but a good product will go a long way even without the best marketing. What's the old saying, "Build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door"?
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
(Romans 6:23, WEB)
