    Talking Who said what??

I came across this site and thought everyone would get a chuckle out of it....it contains different humerous quotes - proverbs and even a geek humour section

    Well pardon me for breathing,
which I don't do anyway, so I don't know why I bother to say it.

-Marvin, robot from hitchhikers guide to the galaxy
And in a moving speech, [the judge] held life itself in contempt of court,
and ordered the bailiff to remove it from all those present before going off
to play a round of Brockian Ultra Cricket.

    -Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
The day Microsoft makes something that doesn't suck is the day they start making vacuum cleaners.
Spoken by a software programmer: "I've finally figured out why this whole Year 2000 problem is causing so much trouble. Fixing it depends on programmers finding a date. This isn't exactly one of our classic strengths"
Hardware, n.: The parts of a computer system that can be kicked.
You always use violence. I should've ordered glutinous rice chicken.

This will be of fine service for you, you bag of the scum.
I am sure you will not mind that I remove your manhoods and leave
them out on the dessert flour for your aunts to eat.

    - badly translated chinese subtitles
    Holly: Purple alert!
    Lister: What's a purple alert?
Holly: Well it's sort of worse than a blue alert but not quite
as bad as a red alert. Could be a mauve alert...
    -red dwarf
right I think I'll finish quoting them now and let you go look at the site for yourself
/me goes back to reading the site - muffled giggles are heard

Mankind have a great aversion to intellectual labor; but even supposing knowledge to be easily attainable, more people would be content to be ignorant than would take even a little trouble to acquire it.
