Stressed student seeks professional help

No, not a psychiatrist (well maybe too hehe).
I have to finish my degree dissertation in the next few days and i need your help.
The topic is "security in online applications"
I have to mention common problems and solutions and have to write some example programs.
So far i have worked out SSL and wrote a simple SSL Server/Client.
SET is also something i found.
But i need more.
So i'd like to ask you people what would you mention in such an dissertation?
