yup... neotrace works well, usually! It pinpoints my location to, uh, within 100 miles!

I was going to suggest Neotrace, although what I've always heard is that it is a Windows based program and can be fooled, I could be wrong about that. I figure it's harder to fool a DOS application than it would be to fool a Windows app. But I'm a newbie myself, so I could be completely wrong.
